This policy explains what personal information Casty collects through this website and what we do with it. It covers the website only. If you use the Casty platform, you will be given separate terms and privacy information for the service when you sign up.

Who we are

Casty is the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@casty.co.uk.

What we collect

We only collect what you send us. If you fill in the contact form or email us, we receive:

• your name and email address
• your venue or business name, the type of venue and how many screens you have, if you give them
• anything you write in your message

This website does not use analytics or advertising tools, and it does not set cookies.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo or early access if you asked for one, and keep a record of our conversation. Our lawful basis under the UK GDPR is legitimate interests: you have contacted us and expect a reply. We will not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

Who we share it with

Messages sent through the contact form pass through a form handling provider and arrive in our email inbox. Those providers process the information on our behalf and only as we instruct. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and follow up. If you do not become a customer, we delete them within 12 months of our last contact with you.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email hello@casty.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
